The Role

  • AirDNA is looking for an SMB Account Manager to help us maintain and grow our existing client relationships in the travel industry. You will hold commercial responsibility for all accounts within your portfolio, you will lead all conversations relating to renewals and be responsible for finding and managing upsell opportunities. The AirDNA SMB Account Manager needs to be driven and a great crossfunctional collaborator who can also work independently. Your responsibility is the reduction of both customer and dollar churn.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Be the internal advocate of our clients
  • Manage AirDNA's existing B2C & B2B clients by building and nurturing relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Manage invoicing (preparation and delivery)
  • Triage customer questions and manage the responses with feedback from internal Product, Engineering and Analytics Teams
  • Be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing upsell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain expertlevel knowledge of AirDNA's product offerings
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of the client after they have been closed (onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal)
  • Create automations for communicating with customers to increase engagement for low usage/engagement clients

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Native or near-native English ability (French or Spanish a plus)
  • Account management experience in B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record or revenue growth and client satisfaction / retention
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to confidently lead commercial discussions and build rapport for strong relationships with clients
  • Accept tasks and problems/situations that differ in nature of complexity, requiring creativity to search for optimal solutions
  • Expertise with Google Apps, MS-Office, Slack.

  • Base Salary 30,000 euros
  • Targeted OTE up to 40,000 euros
  • 62 days per year to work from anywhere
