The jobholder is responsible to manage the collective competence development of the Production
Plants employees according to the business and Competence strategy, and resource management
inputs by identifying competence needs, analyzing competence gaps and defining/securing plant
competence and learning development plan with all main contributors (HO Plant, HOs, P&I - OES,
Academies, HRBPs and HR KAM Develop).

C. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The jobholder's main responsibilities are:

  • As Primary interface to Managers and HRBPs for training needs management
  • Define competence & learning priorities of the Pant / FAL based on the TO defined ones,
interfacing with the HO Plant, Managers and HRBPs.

  • Identify Learning Needs based on Learning path and Anticipate new development learning
needs based on the implementation of a new technology / new machine to build the plant
yearly training plan, in line with Production plan and in cooperation with the Managers and
HRBP. + Playlist

  • Formalize Learning guidelines if necessary for the Plant / FAL based on the TO ones.
  • Managing the Learning spending hours during working time and follow up.
  • Followup and monitoring of the monthly KPIs of nonattendance and learning deployment
with the support of HRBPs. Active support in the corrective action plan.

  • Realize competence data analysis, identifying short, midterm competence gaps and define
adequate action plan.

  • Drumbeat the Training Plan deployment, liaising with the Learning Delivery Partner.
  • Provide Academies with business needs for competence/PDR creation & learning solutions.
Responsible of PDR Maintenance.

  • Design and update of learning paths with local support of Production, ME, Quality and HR.
  • Support the corresponding Academies in the identification of internal trainers within the Org
Unit.

  • In line with Academies guidelines, responsible of Job Mapping activity (identification and
update).

  • Contribute to support business / corporate improvement projects (e.g Learning Digital
Environment, Poly-Poly and OES- People Pilar).

  • Responsible to develop the Poly-Poly project with the Industrial academy and

implementation with the HOs:

  • Responsible of resource management: To have the right balance between workforce and
workload in the Shoopflor. Participate in workforce / workload analysis in terms of
competences in the Shoopflor.

  • Development, maintenance and improvement proposals in collaboration with OES. /
  • Responsible to implement and manage the practical training rooms (In both plants).
  • Responsible to implement and manage the Learning Digital Environment (In both plants).
Responsible for development maintenance and improvement proposals together with OES.
