Job Purpose


This position would typically involve collaborating with development and IT operations teams to streamline software delivery, automate processes, and enhance system reliability.


Responsibilities might include configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, monitoring system performance, ensuring security, and facilitating smooth communication between teams.

Additional role scope would include;

Jira and Confluence Administration:

  • Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, fields, screens, and permission schemes to align with the organization's processes.
  • Manage Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and permissions to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Jira and Confluence functionalities.

Documentum Management:

  • Administer the Documentum platform, including user access, security settings, and document lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement document management best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Documentum usage.

Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate Jira, Confluence, and Documentum with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Implement automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Platform Enhancement:

  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Jira, Confluence, and Documentum, and propose enhancements that align with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and optimize platform performance.

Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users to maximize their understanding and usage of the platforms.
  • Provide timely technical support to users and address their queries and issues.

Minimum Requirements


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrating and customizing Jira and Confluence, including creating workflows, managing plugins, and setting up permissions.
  • Familiarity with Documentum or similar document management systems.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and user support.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Jira, Confluence, or Documentum are desirable.
