Your key functions would include:
installation, management of support tickets, check backup logs,)

  • High proficiency in Spanish and English mandatory, this is a very international environment
with daily interactions with the US and with many other countries in the region. Portuguese is

a plus.

  • Resourcefulness, eager to learn and conscientious attitude
  • Windows Server, basic network understanding (routing, patching, DNS, DHCP, )
  • Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, iOS and Android knowledge.
  • VMWare ESX environment
  • Teams Audiovisual equipment
  • Adaptable, Agile, Friendly, good communication and interpersonal skills
