    One of our key customers is transforming its Product Organisation, and we are part of making that transformation happen. The product team members are inexperienced in working in a modern product environment that delivers a consumer cross-functional application. Axonista is collaborating with our customer to deliver and execute on a product strategy and roadmap, and is running a program with the aim of transforming their team into a mature product organisation.

    This person will be working with our Customer's Product Managers and Engineering Team to implement a modern product process, parse inputs, deliver on a roadmap and set our customer's systems and processes up for success. The person will collaborate closely with Axonista's own Program and Project Managers to drive transformation for our customer.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with the customer team to implement their technology vision, utilising the Axonista platform, and driving execution
    • Facilitating product team and stakeholder workshops and follow up activities
    • Ensuring alignment between teams (making sure direction is clear amongst team members and that work is aligned with strategic goals)
    • Defining scope & gathering requirements - understanding what resources are needed, what dependencies are present, where/when/how to bring in other teams
    • Contribute to continually improving product-oriented mindset, processes and standard operating procedures for our customer based on best practice
    • Ensure appropriate technical documentation and architecture diagrams are being created and stored in the appropriate location
    • Working with both the customer and Axonista teams to drive efficient execution
    • Support the Customer's back end Product Manager with intake, change, mitigation, and contingency plans to deal with risks to the plan

    Requirements

    • Embedded experience of working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
    • Deep technical product and engineering knowledge
    • Working knowledge of modern Product Management processes and systems
    • Significant end to end Program Management / Product Management experience - from scoping to delivery
    • Strength in communication, stakeholder management and driving collaboration to meet milestones
    • Strong technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle to drive planning & predictable delivery
    • Ability to translate complex technical issues to executive business stakeholders
