As part of our client's business expansion, we are looking for French Customer Advisors in Barcelona for an upcoming campaign in the banking sector.


Your tasks:


  • To provide technical assistance via telephone to customers in order to provide an appropriate response to their needs,
  • Maintain and sustain the relationship with your customers,
  • Handling claims files.

Your profile:


  • You are a fluent French speaker and have an advanced knowledge of English,
  • You have a first experience in customer relations,
  • You have a very good sense of organisation, flexibility and commitment.

Your working environment:


  • Join a friendly and competent team,
  • Office located in the centre of the city (Bogatell / Marina metro station),
  • Hybrid working,
  • Part time contract with 16, 20 or 24 hours per week,
  • Working hours: Shifts will be during evenings from 20:00 and 24:00 and Sundays from 8:00 to 24:00.

Tipo de puesto:
Media jornada, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 10.000,00€-12.000,00€ al año
