• Manage daytoday HR operations, including compensation and benefits, budgeting, payroll and reporting.
• Implement databases and digital systems to optimise internal HR and company processes.
• Data analysis and proposals for improvements.
• Supervision of the team in charge.

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in leadership and team management.
• Ability to deal with problems and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
