Do you have what we are looking for?

  • We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team in our office in El Rosario (Marbella) to deal with our international clients.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish and any other language is an advantage.
  • Applicants should know the Marbella and surrounding areas well, and live on the Costa del Sol.
  • You are also hardworking, clientfocused, selfmotivated and ambitious to generate revenue, then please contact us.
  • Minimum 2/3 years of relevant professional experience as a "Customer Services Manager". You must have leadership character and be able to lead a team.
  • Ability to define customer service strategy that VIVA will offer to customers along with a way to measure those standards (reports).
  • Proven work experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce & or others.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
