    From the Sales & Marketing division we are looking for a Business Development Manager for a leading company in the catering machinery sector.

    The main functions will be:

    • Sales, consulting, and demonstration of the cooking technology in Spain
    • Identify & develop focus dealers in the country in collaboration with local Area Sales Manager
    • Accelerated growth of Cooking Product by developing fragmented dealer channel and targeted local end-user & key accounts
    • Identify & developing target segment opportunities.
    • Development and implementation of targeted sales programs
    • Establish sustainable demo structure in focus markets & perform enthusiastic demonstrations of the technologies.
    • Ensure after-sales qualification with local technical service manager & local after-sales partner.
    • Establish local Freelancer framework and enable local freelancer demo quality.
    • Active participation, organization and implementation of trade fairs, exhibitions, cooking demonstrations.
    • Provide market intelligence by providing market and competitor trends / information.
    • CRM driven Sales through disciplined Lead management / Pipeline Management
    • Clarification of technical requirements and specifications for the respective customer requirements. Close coordination and regular alignment between ITW European Chef Community
    • Continuous development and support of sales playbook
    • Support Product Management on local market requirements and coordinate product related topics with factory.
    • Support in the development and implementation of targeted marketing activities.

    Your Profile:

    • Several years of professional experience in sales of capital goods or technically challenging products and solutions in the industry environment, ideally with a chefs background
    • You equipped with a Growth Mindset
    • You are an open and communicative personality and love to be surrounded by people.
    • Structured, independent work attitude and high level of self-organization
    • Proven CRM driven Sales competencies.
    • Strong Presentation and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in Spanish / Italian
    • Very good conversational English skills
