Role Purpose:


  • To handle a portfolio of accounts: perform account administration and implementation tasks and support underwriters by providing underwriting, regulatory and compliance information and advice on programme structure.
  • To develop service plans and service reporting documentation for key MN programmes.
  • Managing the end to end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines.
  • To work with Shared Service Centre to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.
  • Prepare timely processing instructions to the Share Service Centre, PSU, Credit Control, Reinsurance and local offices, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems. The role also involves working closely with all relevant dept, to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems.
  • To ensure that CHUBB's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
  • To build strong relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
  • To attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb's business development activities, including presenting and demonstrating our global capabilities.
  • To work closely with GCE's and Underwriters to deliver agreed client service standards.

Key Responsabilities:


  • To ensure that all handled programmes are implemented to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Working with Shared Service Centre to guide/support them in account handling activities
  • Supporting CHUBB's business development and client relationship activities.
  • Account handling and supporting GCE's and Underwriters on relevant account/activities.
  • Ensure Program Workbooks are prepared, maintained and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards.
  • Communicating building relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties.
  • To work within the framework of CHUBB ethical and service standards.
  • Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
  • Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope to day to day work requirements.

Requirements:


  • Advanced level of English(C1).
  • Native/bilingual level of Spanish.
- _Experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes _
- _Working experience of at least 2 lines of business _
- _Experience on client facing roles on the insurance industry, including client meeting, presentations _
- _Practice of underwriting process and reinsurance process_
