Job Purpose:


Responsible for the co-ordination and consolidation of all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Responsible of local

SOX control environment.

Responsible of the

local coordination with SSC functions specially the Finance functions.

Key to the success of this role is the

ability to work closely with the Finance Director, other country departmental heads and SSC management.

Responsibilities:

-
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
and forecasting process co-ordination to ensure adherence to timelines.

  • Consolidation and submission of completed
    forecasts for the total business including detailed analytical review.
  • Coordination and
    management of the Month End Close
    with the various streams in line with the MEC tasks and timelines ensuring the accounts are proper and in line with expectation.

MEC reporting preparation for Management showing PL and deviations vs plan
:

Production of summary schedules and KPIs for use in the business.

Preparation of board presentation packs to accompany the forecasts
:


  • Consolidation and input to the
    internal weekly forecast and the formal fortnightly quarterly outlook for Group.
-
Management of monthly ABC reporting on customer and vendor profitability for internal and Group use.
-
Preparation of model P&Ls for key strategic planning.

  • Drive efficient
    SGA plan and strict control.
-
Manage payroll controlling function including responsibility on target setting and actual calculation for bonuses throughout the business.
-
Support FD in working Capital Management, including cash forecasting, inventory monitoring and managing payments to vendors.
-
Act as backup of the FD in the local management team
or within the European Finance Community when needed.
-
SOX control local overview.
-
Coordination with GL, VR, AP functions in SSC, including monitoring of quality delivered and approving transactions as per Global DoA.

  • Adhoc financial analysis and projects
-
To consider financial risk in the business and address high risk areas appropriately with the support of the Finance Director.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

-
8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.
-
+5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising
employees.
-
Bachelor's Degree with Finance/Economics/Business Admin. field of study required.

  • Able to recognize and attend to
    important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to
    communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in
    English and Spanish.
