    About the Role

    We are seeking a trainee to support our Global Procurement department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, contributing to the development of activities and the company's expansion process.

    Responsibilities

    • Sustainability Monitoring: Track ESG (sustainability) performance and compliance of suppliers, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Supplier Review: Evaluate suppliers based on sustainability risk, financial risk, and supply risk, ensuring alignment with our procurement strategy.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and track KPIs related to ESG, measuring progress and areas for improvement.
    • Supply Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
    • Master Data Management: Back up Master Data of suppliers in SAP, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, preparing reports, managing documents, and supporting data analysis.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform procurement decisions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Category Managers on special projects, driving results and delivering value.

    You

    • Education: You hold a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    • University Partnership: You have established an agreement with your university for a minimum of 6 months.
    • Availability: You are available for morning/afternoon shifts or full-time.
    • Teamwork and Communication: You possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Language Skills: You have an intermediate/high level of English proficiency.
