YOUR IMPACT

Within the Travel Retail Team, the
Beauty Consultant
is in charge of providing the highest standard of service to customers.

YOUR MISSION
Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

You achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand.
You participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
You change displays according to novelties launches & planograms.
You monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager.
You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
You establish a strong relationship with retailer Store Managers.
You promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleagues.

Profile:

WHO YOU ARE

At least 5 years experience as Beauty Consultant
Chineses language knowledge
Proficient in English
Passionate about customer service and beauty industry.
Result oriented and with excellent selling skills
Team player
Available to work on different shifts
