_A.I. Expert Manager_

_What this role is about?_

  • The A.I. Expert Manager role is at the forefront of leading Data Science and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across multiple business functions, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Consumer Care, GRRP, and Finance, with a pivotal focus on Consumer Centricity. This position is instrumental in harnessing the potential of vast datasets to enhance process efficiency and forecasting and to drive smarter management decisions across these diverse areas leveraging the latest in Machine Learning and AI models._
  • The role needs a combination of business focus, strong analytical/statistical and problemsolving skills. As an A.I. Expert Manager, you will understands statistical, econometric and machine learning methods to classify, cluster, segment and predict complex questions. With a deep understanding of the business levers, you will collaborate with other business functions, data analyst, data engineers and data strategists to specify and drive data opportunities, as well as work with AI providers to source or develop the necessary A.I. capabilities, provide actionable insights and recommendations._

_What will you do?_

  • Work with other business functions, data analysts, and data strategists to identify and propose advanced analytical opportunities with a special focus on customer and consumer experience
  • Identify what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources, leveraging new data collection processes
  • Collaborate with other business functions and markets to select the relevant sources of information
  • Define the validity of the information, how long the information is meaningful, and what other information it is related to.
  • Define the data quality standards in the context of the specific initiatives.
  • Identify and qualify where information can be stored or what information, external to the organization may be used in support of the data initiative
  • Identify in collaboration with data analysts the main features and business drivers needed to optimize the model
  • In collaboration with data analysts and data strategists, identify and collect data from all kinds of different sources such as web APIs, internal databases, external customer databases, and so on
  • Present and depict the rationale of the findings in easytounderstand terms for a nonscientific audience
  • Provide ongoing tracking and monitoring of the performance of decision systems and statistical models

_What are we looking for?_

  • University Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Operations Research, Engineering or a related field
  • 68 years of Business professional experience (with relevant industry experience) focusing on data science and advanced analysis across multinational organizations
  • Should be a creative thinker and propose innovative ways to look at problems by using data mining (the process of discovering new patterns from large datasets) approaches on the set of information available an data science techniques for clustering, predicting and classifying
  • Proven experience in successfully leading diverse teams composed of Data Scientists and other data professionals
  • Must be able to present back findings to business leaders by exposing assumptions and validation results in a way that a nonscientific audience can easily understand
  • Excellent written and communication skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner are required
  • Proactive mindset for identifying business problems on their own and proposing, strategizing and implementing databased solutions delivering added value
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the business and organization
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decisionmaking skills
  • Proven change management skills and experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
