- Reception / Front Desk: Provide excellent customer service and manage front desk operations.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Bookings and PMS Management: Efficiently manage bookings and utilize property management systems.
- Medium/High level of Spanish and English proficiency.
- Previous experience in reception or a related field is required.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule, including morning and afternoon shifts (40 hours per week).
