    Descripción

    Buscamos Ecommerce Specialist para empresa de moda ubicada en Barcelona. Como Ecommerce Specialist desarrollarás y ejecutarás estrategias para impulsar las ventas del canal Online.Deberás estar altamente familiarizado con los KPIs relacionados con el ecommerce, así como con diversas estrategias de marketing online. Con al menos dos años de experiencia en roles similares, seras responsable de optimizar la experiencia del cliente en la web, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ejecutar campañas efectivas para aumentar las ventas y mejorar la presencia de la marca en el entorno digital.

    • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas para aumentar las ventas y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
    • Analizar datos y métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento del canal y proponer acciones correctivas o mejoras.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos, como marketing, ventas y servicio al cliente, para garantizar una experiencia fluida y coherente para el cliente en todos los puntos de contacto digitales.
    • Gestionar y optimizar continuamente el catálogo de productos en línea, asegurando la precisión de la información, la disponibilidad de productos y la visibilidad en las plataformas de venta.
    • Supervisar y ejecutar campañas de marketing digital, incluyendo publicidad en redes sociales, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing y marketing de contenidos, con el objetivo de aumentar el tráfico y las conversiones en el sitio web.
    • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en comercio electrónico y marketing digital, y aplicar ese conocimiento para mejorar continuamente las operaciones y resultados.
    • Realizar pruebas A/B y otras actividades de optimización para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y la conversión en el sitio web.
    • Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño del comercio electrónico, incluyendo análisis de tendencias, resultados de campañas y recomendaciones para mejoras futuras.
    • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comercio Electrónico, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
    • Mínimo de dos años de experiencia en roles de comercio electrónico o marketing digital, preferiblemente en el sector minorista.
    • Conocimiento profundo de los principios del comercio electrónico, incluyendo plataformas de comercio electrónico (por ejemplo, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) y sistemas de gestión de contenidos (CMS).
    • Experiencia demostrada en la elaboración y ejecución de estrategias de marketing online, con un enfoque en la generación de ventas y la adquisición de clientes.
    • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con la capacidad de interpretar datos y métricas para tomar decisiones fundamentadas.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, con la capacidad de colaborar efectivamente con diferentes departamentos y niveles de la organización.
    • Mentalidad orientada a resultados, con la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
