    Your Role

    You will supervise and support the implementation of Data & AI Governance policies, processes, and roles aligned with our organization's ambitious goals. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data governance initiatives, working closely with Data Owners to define governance standards, and ensuring proficiency in Data Management tools.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Supervise and support the implementation of Data & AI Governance and Quality policies, processes, and roles.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
    • Work closely with Data Owners to define data governance standards and policies.
    • Support and coach Data Owners and Stewarts on data governance principles and standards.
    • Ensure data is managed according to principles, guidelines, and processes defined.
    • Monitor and improve data quality across the organization.

    Required Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, business management, or related field.
    • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
    • At least 3 years' experience in data management projects; experience designing and implementing analytical data systems as a data engineer.

    Estimated Salary

    $100,000 - $120,000 per year
