Marketing Manager
Equiduct is an innovative, client driven pan-European exchange designed to enable retail brokers and institutional clients to achieve Best Execution in the most liquid and fragmented cash equities and ETFs.

- European trading across 12 markets covering 16 European headline indices.
In 2019, Equiduct launched Apex:
a fully transparent, MiFID-compliant, zero-commission
Best Execution service which allows retail orders to execute against the pan-European order book and is supported by a pool of Liquidity Providers and active brokers.
To support Equiduct's ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications efforts.
The objective is to raise the profile of the exchange and the quality of the interaction with our market participants and prospective clients, through high quality content.

Job responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible and accountable for:
- Owning the overall marketing strategy of the exchange (corporate and services).
- Managing a Marketing Assistant.
- Being the central point for everything marketing and communications, including key messaging and content generation.
- Assisting the Growth team throughout the sales cycle as required: from lead generating campaigns, to closing new business deals with mindblowing marketing materials
- Creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns based on indepth product and market knowledge, ensuring marketing forensics tactics are applied for lead qualification and in line with ROI targets.
- Maintaining and developing our website, alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing content creation, such as newsletters, blogs and press releases for the website and promotion of the brand, as well as regular social media posts
- Assisting the Growth team throughout the sales cycle as required: from lead generating campaigns, to closing new business deals with mindblowing marketing materials
- Hiring and managing external agencies (digital, creative, advertising, PR etc.)
- Maintaining brand standards and guidelines.
- Organising and hosting events.
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing role within the financial services industry exchange space/brokerage industry would be a plus
- Masters+ degree from tier1 or tier2 Business/Engineering School or Universities, or Marketing Qualification e.g. CIM Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent with experience in a similar role in a Professional Services or B2B environment
- Fluency in English, other European languages is desirable but not essential
- Commercially driven and goaloriented leader
- Strong communications and influencing skills
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Proficiency of Microsoft office suite is a must
- Proficiency of Adobe InDesign is desirable, Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Capable of creating highly tailored and brand compliant client facing material
- Strong project management experience
- Marketing experience across the full marketing mix, incl. digital, social, and PR
- Demonstrable Content marketing and campaign experience
- Proactive, selfstarter gogetter with priority management and strong organisational skills
Location
Ability to travel to other European offices or as and when required for events.
About our interview process
We have a 4-stage interview process which will enable you to meet remotely with various members of our team. This will include our Human Resources, hiring manager and other senior members of our management team. The process includes an operational assignment to evaluate proficiency re. creative aspects of the job.
