    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

    EQUIPO:

  • Supervisar al equipo de vendedores/as: asesoramiento, formación, organización de los morning briefs y apoyo en la consecución de objetivos de venta
  • Realizar las evaluaciones de desempeño periódicas, proporcionando la información necesaria a cada vendedor/a de forma regular
  • Desarrollar una activa presencia en el floor de la tienda y ser un referente de los estándares de servicio al cliente y filosofía comercial de Hermès
  • Asegurar el correcto entendimiento y cumplimiento del equipo de vendedores/as de los procedimientos y políticas internas VENTAS:

  • Maximizar la rentabilidad y cumplir los objetivos de ventas, motivando al personal para que actúe en consecuencia
  • Identificar oportunidades de venta, mediante la revisión semanal de la evolución por métier, seguimiento de entrega de mercancía y órdenes especiales, en coordinación con la Dirección de la tienda
  • Supervisar los precios y la oferta del producto en tienda, garantizando su optimización en todo momento
  • Proponer y colaborar en la organizar y ejecución de promociones, eventos de ventas y procesos comerciales innovadores, en coordinación con la Dirección de la tienda
  • Mantener la conciencia del mercado y realizar análisis de la competencia, ayudando al Director/a de la tienda a construir la estrategia más adecuada de compras de producto
  • Comunicar los estándares de CRM al equipo de vendedores/as y asegurar su cumplimiento para garantizar la calidad de la recogida de datos de los clientes SERVICIO AL CLIENTE:

  • Garantizar la máxima calidad en el servicio que el equipo presta a los clientes
  • Procesar quejas y comentarios de los clientes de manera eficiente y audaz, e intentar solucionar los inconvenientes que pueda surgir
  • Formar al equipo en los valores H2C y otros criterios de servicio al cliente COMPENTENCIAS Y HABILIDADES

  • Capacidad de planificar y priorizar acciones, delegando eficientemente
  • Capacidad de análisis de datos y proyección de planes de acción
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y de motivación de equipos
  • Habilidad de gestión y resolución de conflictos
  • Alta capacidad y sensibilidad en el servicio al cliente
