Your new role:
The Learning Programs Coordinator is responsible for spearheading the optimization of coordination, registration, and data management services for all the Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring their overall efficiency and effectiveness.
This involves establishing robust processes and policies, conducting thorough process improvement reviews, and continuously monitoring day-to-day operational activities.The Learning Programs Coordinator will also provide insightful information to the Director, managers, and other stakeholders through data analysis and preparation of statistical information.
This includes preparing course completions, employee learning records, and program certificates as needed.What you'll be working on: Manage Learning Management System (LMS) functions, including course uploads, learning group creations, and reporting; Deliver exceptional customer service to internal employees and stakeholders across the organization via "all staff" communications, L&D functional mailbox inquiries, and workshop/course announcements from the LMS; Manage communication for L&D initiatives, including large-scale programming and general inquiries; Moderate learning sessions to ensure exceptional customer service continues into every learning experience; Offer advisory services to employees and management regarding inquiries related to Organizational Learning initiatives; Oversee the collection, compilation, and distribution of feedback for courses, workshops, and conferences and compile comprehensive reports and statistics based on information from diverse sources requiring exceptional attention to detail; Set up and Maintain a meticulous electronic filing system to ensure accurate record-keeping; Execute data entry tasks related to learning initiatives, handling registrations, completions, and certificates with precision and attention to detail; Coordinate logistics for L&D learning initiatives, encompassing room bookings, catering, accommodations, and audiovisual requirements; Research and collaborate with procurement to acquire learning aids, materials, and supplies; Manage the design and development of the L&D calendar by analyzing course and program trends, collaborating with the L&D team and stakeholders, and staying informed about industry best practices.
Assist with monthly / quarterly / annual statutory filing and internal reporting.
What you will be bringing to your new role: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role; Working knowledge of managing a Learning Management System (we are using Brightspace); Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; Proficiency in data analytics, visual storytelling, and reporting; Ingenuity and initiative required to collect information, coordinate activities with others, and resolve routine and/or factual problems; Effective and professional communication (written & verbal) with stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as a high proficiency in English; Great attention to detail and organization with the ability to proof read communications; Excellent decision making/problem solving skills; Ability to work independently with limited supervision and determine work priorities.
