Become the responsible for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey brand in Spain and the whole BF portfolio in Portugal by developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing plan aligned with the strategy and global guidelines & in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Sales & external agencies as well as the local distributor in Portugal.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Build with the Marketing Manager, implement relevant brands strategies and develop effective programs at local level, aligned with Global Brands strategies, delivering profitable sustainable growth on priority brands in dedicated channels (On & Off).
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the Brand Plans development and ensure excellence in execution by defining marketing priorities, objectives, action plan, execution, comm. approach and KPIs.
  • Analyze the competitive environment and emerging trends in the market to identify new opportunities (innovations, channel footprint ), and nurture growth strategy.
  • Transform insights (consumers and shoppers) into actionable material plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional and Global teams through the annual planning to ensure the right deployment of the plans in the markets
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies, pitch and manage creative agencies involved in execution

Marketing, Trade and Sales integration:

  • Drive a collaborative environment with sales teams to maximize impact of marketing campaigns & programs at the POP/POC
  • Demonstrate awareness of business drivers in different channels, category management and shopper marketing skills.
  • Work with strong collaboration with Trade and Sales and proactively be closed to the market in order to get strong insights that feed the brand planning process.

Financial Management:

  • Responsible for tracking the annual marketing budget for your brands and follow up with Finance.
  • Become an expert of the different financial elements that affect the P&L.

What you bring to the table:

  • Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);
  • Experience: Experience in Marketing in

FMCG:
At least 4/5 years.

  • Experience in the spirits industry is nice to have.
  • Good knowledge level of marketing disciplines: Market analysis, strategy & marketing mix development incl. communication & media, project management
What you can add to the team

  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish, high level of English.
  • Good level of MS Tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive as Google slides.
  • Good time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of professional responsibility.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Proactive, dynamic and inquiring attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to the brand.
  • Business acumen & entrepreneurial thinking.
