About the BRIDGE program

You will be a part of the PMI's family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary).

You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who we're looking for

  • University degree in Engineering, Energy, or Financial management
  • Masters degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Prowess in Ms. Office (Power Point & Excel)
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Quick learner and have good understanding of Business Processes
  • Customer oriented & ability to structure, sequence and prioritize work while dealing with multiple deadlines and contradicting priorities, changing priorities and frequent interruptions
What are nice to have

  • Experience in multinational environment or FMCG company
  • Diploma from a recognized Procurement Institute

Responsibilities:


  • Support Global subcategory Manager in terms of analysis, strategy development, and deployment across the PMI.
  • Identify opportunities of standardization of business requirements, leverage on standardization to gain cost efficiency within the subcategory strategy
  • Explore and capitalize on market knowledge within assigned subcategories to anticipate Business needs / demand and translate them into subcategory and sourcing strategies.
  • Understand how different functional processes interact with each other and recommend relevant improvements; put in place key control measures and relevant KPI's to assure Procurement process compliance and efficiency at PMI level
  • Comply with all applicable rules, policies and procedures.
