Grupo NS recruits highly qualified and experienced
Salesforce object/data modeling expert to join CRM migration project for international client.

As a Salesforce Data/Object Modeler expert, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing efficient data models and object structures within the Salesforce platform and aligned with the data tribe/teams.

His/Her experience in data modeling and designing Salesforce objects will be essential in optimizing customer use of Salesforce and ensuring data integrity and system scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including data tribe members, business analysts, and product owners, to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Design and implement efficient and scalable data models and object structures within Salesforce, considering best practices and industry standards.
Create and maintain data dictionaries, entityrelationship diagrams (ERDs), and other relevant documentation to ensure clear communication and understanding of the data structure.
Analyze existing data models and objects to identify areas for improvement, such as data duplication, performance bottlenecks, or data integrity issues.
Develop and implement strategies to cleanse and migrate data to ensure accurate and reliable data sets.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement measures to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement and enforce data governance and security policies.
Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and features related to data modeling and object design, and provide recommendations for adoption and implementation.

Requisitos mínimos

Essentials:

High level of English (minium B2+/C1)
Experience at Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Salesforce Data/Objects Modeler or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and platform limitations.
Proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration tools, such as Salesforce Object Manager, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling concepts, including object relationships, custom fields, validation rules, and data types.
Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools, such as Data Loader, Informatica, or others.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and object structures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
