Fleet Monitoring Engineer - ATEINSA

Purpose of the job:


Be a part of the task execution within the Digital Fleet Management department, giving remote support to our customer's drivers and train staff, ensuring the accomplishment of the different contractual KPI's and looking for the improvement of the reliability of the fleet.


Responsabilities:


  • Be the main interlocutor for Customer Fleet Managers during the commercial service operation
  • Monitor and analyze remotely in real time of the fleet status (alerts, events, operational data ) with Alstom diagnosis tool (HealthHub)
  • Notify incidents that are likely to lead to Safety issues in the fleet
  • Support technically drivers, train staff and station located personnel in remote
  • Coordinate train incident information between customer and technical depot personnel
  • Support technically depot personnel by analyzing logs, events and incidents from HealthHub to reduce repairing time and to improve fleet reliability
  • Create different reports (contractual, technical, etc.) to explain incidents for tracking fleet reliability
  • Update KPI's
  • Update warning information and corrective actions made in the train, in ERP system and other internal data base
  • Define with the Director of the department, the features expected for the diagnosis tool, in order to improve its performance
  • Supervise the performance of the different retrofits outspreaded in the customer fleet
  • Cooperate in the implementation of new tools to monitor new subsystems
  • Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment.

Education:


Mandatory:
Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Higher Professional Education (CFGS) with, at least, 2 years of experience in railway maintenance


Desirable:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automatic Engineering or similar.


Languages:


  • Spanish (oral and written fluency): mandatory
  • English (oral and written fluency): mandatory
  • French (oral and written fluency): valuable

Experience:


Mandatory:

  • At least, 1 year of experience in a similar industrial environment, if with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automatic Engineering or similar
  • At least, 2 years of experience in Railway Maintenance, if with a Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Higher Professional Education
  • Experience with Office package.

Desirable:

  • Experience in railway maintenance and with railway normative
  • Knowledge of electrical, traction and brake system for railway or similar
  • SAP or other ERP system
