We are looking for a person to join the
Post-Award International projects team.

The mission of this team is to manage and ensure the correct execution of the entity's research and innovation projects funded from European or international grants, mainly Hospital Sant Joan de Déu and Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu.

The person will support the Post-Award International team on daily management of International funding programmes as EU Horizon Europe, EIT Health, IHI, ERASMUS+, among others.

Support in the management of the negotiation of Grant Agreements with the

European Commission:

filling administrative information in the EC portal for PART A (deliverables, work package, milestones, and person-month, budget ), giving support to formatting PART B according to the EC requirements, follow up of partner's contributions and signatures.

Support in the preparation of contracts, follow up of partner's contributions and follow up of partner's signatures.
Support in the monitoring of project economic planning and control of personnel justification: preparation of project checklist, management of Time sheets, filling cross cutting excels.
Follow up of investigator's travel expenses, check of funding requirement for eligibility of expenses, reviewsupporting documentation.
Support in the preparation of economic justifications and audits: preparation of supporting documentation, preparation of calculation sheets, and certification of expenses in the accounting system.
Support in transversal administration
Attendance at conferences, information sessions and meetings of interest.

What we offer

Indefinite full time contract (37.5 hours) with a trial period
Starting date: June-September 2024
Economic conditions according to profile and knowledge provided
Location at Esplugues de Llobregat.

Preselection will be based on CV and motivation letter.

Bachelor degree (BsC). BSc in Economics, Business Management & Administration or related field.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English. Fluency in Spanish and Catalan will be valuable.
Personal skills:

Good organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and organize work;
Ability to prioritize, work with deadlines and under pressure;
Initiative and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary international team.
