We are looking for a team player, analyst expert, and curious to learn and grow within a start-up model, in order to drive Miravia user growth performance.

This role reports to the performance marketing head and user growth director, in charge of analyzing the whole user growth journey, working closely with the BI team, campaign team, user operation team and category team.

Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key user growth questions.
Responsible for reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
Analyses external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Similarweb, App Annie), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
Evaluates customers' online behaviour and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the performance marketing team.
Analyses A/B and Multi variate tests, communicates results and provides recommendations.
Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other user growth team members.
Advises other marketing functions (e commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.

Bachelor's degree or higher

Computer science and Marketing preferred.
SQL and Python languages.
At least 2 years of experience in business insight/analyst function, with 2+ years' experience of Google Search Ads & Shopping campaigns, affiliate marketing and SEO.
Advanced Excel/Data handling capabilities.
Self directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach.
Strong team player spirit.
Experience of managing important media investment is a plus.
Experience of managing E commerce clients is a plus.
Fluent in English.
