- Engineering Degree.
- Education: Master in EE engineering (general technical engineering knowledge:electronics, mechanics, software,thermal). EMC knowledge required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years : testing of embedded product (functional and/or Environmental).
- Qualification: first experience in HW, EE System /some software basis required (ie Diag On CAN services, UDS protocol, DTCs management).

As a Test & Validation EE Engineer in Valeo Martos you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission:
Validates EE Components regarding environmental requirements according to DV&R, PV&R and test specification plan defined (Electrical tests, Electronics reliability tests, and EMC tests).
Your responsibilities:
- Contributes to define test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications
- Analyse electronic customer specification for Validation topic (Compliance Matrix)
- Support T&V Leader documenting budget regarding the EE validation costs and test box/bench needed.
- Support T&V Leader regarding EE&EMC (Electromacnetic Compatibilty) Test strategy.
- Document DV&R tests list and scheduling (Pre DV, DV).
- Support Quality Project Team Member in Product Validation (PV) plan update, if PV tests list, is different from Design Validation (DV) stage.
- Schedule, in the lab, PV tests according QPTM tests schedule and requests into TMT.
- Define validation tests specification plan (Pre DV, DV) according to the customer and internal standard requirements.
- Update PV validation tests specification plan if different from DV stage.
- Support T&V Leader by documenting project tests timeline plan and execution progress.
- Document DV&R synthesis results follow-up (Pre DV, DV).
- Document PV tests results and communicate them to QPTM
Note: PV& R synthesis follow-up to be updated by QPTM.
- Manage all EE, EMC tests with support of metiers contributors (internal/external Valeo).
- Perform EE tests Pre DV and DV when needed.
- Perform EE PV tests when needed.
- Coordinate tests with EMC test engineer, environmental Lab engineer and external lab.
- Analyse tests reports (EE & EMC tests).
- When required, to support T&V Leader regarding QRQCs test failures analysis troubleshooting
- Define the test equipment definition for test and validation (Electrical/EMC).
- Participate in the Validation Design Review if needed.
