    Senior Events Marketing Manager (B2B)

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to lead our Marketing Team in executing high-impact events. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to elevate the HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Event Planning and Execution: Develop event strategies for various formats and manage all aspects of event planning and execution.
    • Vendor and Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.
    • Event Design and Logistics: Manage the design and setup of event booths, handling logistical tasks such as venue arrangements and scheduling.
    • Content Creation and Messaging: Create and review event materials with content creators, working with the marketing team to develop effective event messaging.
    • Performance Measurement and Campaign Management: Track event performance and business impact, managing lead tracking and follow-up activities, and identifying new event opportunities.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, including vendor management.
    • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
    • Understanding of B2B marketing practices.
    • Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
