We are an electricity supplier with more than 10 years of experience in the industry.

We are looking for someone who speaks Scandinavian for a customer service and sales position.

We are looking for an organised person with a good presence and good communication skills who enjoys working in a team.

The job will be from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at our offices in Fuengirola, Malaga.

Tasks

Identify and assess customer needs in order to resolve them and achieve customer

satisfaction.

Follow up on customer queries and incidents: Signing up new contracts, updating

customers' personal information, sending invoices or giving access to the
customer area among others.

Sort and file customer documents as appropriate.
Collect payments from customers who come to the office.
Communicate with potential clients to offer them our services.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service will be an advantage.
Some spanish and fluent Scandinavian language is a must written and spoken.
Eager to learn and excellent communication skills.
Organisation and ability to work in a team.

Benefits:

Salary according to the position
22 days holidays per year
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in person at our offices in Fuengirola
