From Grafton Spain we are working with one of the largest international asset management firms for its Madrid office looking for a Junior Associate in the sales management department for a period of 9 months covering maternity leave to enter in JuneTheir clients are institutional investors, global and multi-national banks, asset managers, wealth managers and independent advisors.
Their clients are based in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.The position will be based in Madrid as part of the Iberia Sales Team.
Key responsibilitiesin the production and delivery of briefing/ material and responses to client requests.liaison role between client, and internal partners to ensure effective, consistent and timely communication.communicates with the team, clients/ prospects regarding products and services by providing information.presentation materials and report regarding the coordination of resources and work with Product Specialists/ RFP Team to complete RFP/RFI's and other sales the preparation of sales calls, including preparing meeting presentations, conducting research on prospects, and assisting with addressing follow-up back up when RM and salesperson is out of the office.mailings and maintain client/ prospect databases and production of regular internal reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
degree in business administration, economics, finance, or in another field.experience required.knowledge in financial markets / products is a must.a client-focused attitude and dedication to continuously offer the highest level of client service.
