Your Mission:
As a Social Media Specialist at AfterShip, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling content for various social media channels, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our social strategy. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, be adept at creating engaging content, and have a good understanding of B2B SaaS marketing. This role involves working closely with the Global Marketing team and may require occasional off-hour meetings to collaborate with team members in the APAC region.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content tailored to each channel
• Maintain a social calendar and communicate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams on social media initiatives
• Monitor brand presence and provide performance reports
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Social Media, excellent communication skills, and a track record of building a social audience. A degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a collaborative mindset and be familiar with social media management platforms and design tools.
