Job Description:

We are looking for someone to join our Internal Sales Team in Barcelona

Main


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales targets consistently and manage a geographical area to maximize its sales potential.
  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Identification, profiling, analysis and implementation of new business opportunities in regional Market.
  • Contribute to the ongoing planning and development of the Company's sales and marketing and business development strategies.
  • Attract and retain suitable business partners and agents to promote and sell the Company's service and product range.
  • Contribute to new product/service development, promotion/distribution, customer care and the Company's approach to quality through your business relations.
  • Develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate and followup on existing leads initiate contact, generate new leads and bring on new customers in an effective and structured manner.
  • Demonstrate the technical ability of the company's services and products to potential customers.
  • Provide regular information to assist management with decision making, including daily updates, weekly CRM updates and quarterly meetings.
  • Make recommendations to management on business development activity.
  • Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • University degree in sales, marketing or business related discipline
  • Sales experience with proven track record of sales success
  • Experience is selling a business to a business service
  • Selling to business customers in a manufacturing environment
  • An organised approach to work and maintaining records
  • Ability to build long term business relations
  • Experience in mitigating customer complaints
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Working knowledge of industrial electronics at a basic level preferable but not essential
  • Experience and confidence in undertaking power point presentations
  • Contract and service negotiation experience preferable
  • Selfmotivated, driven and can work independently
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of company staff and customers
  • Can manage and prioritise their own workload without supervision
  • Can deal with any situation in a calm, quick and effective manner
  • Negotiation skills with smaller and larger customers alike
  • High levels of energy
  • Experience of having some form of responsibility managing others preferable
  • Ethical
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Extremely high levels of confidence and enthusiasm
  • Being able to work in both English and Spanish
