This role requires a unique combination of technical skills, creativity, business acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for innovation and development of new products.
Manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers.
Provide client advisory services by identifying key points and adding differential values.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in workplace strategy and interior design, with a portfolio that showcases innovative design solutions.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and MS Office Suite.
Spanish and English language.
