    Junior Contract Management Specialist - Customer Success

    Full-time role seeking a Junior Contract Management Specialist to support Services Sales team and Contracts Management function within Customer Success organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Contract Structuring Support:
      • Assist in drafting and structuring Customer Success services agreements according to corporate policies.
      • Perform initial reviews and edits of contract drafts, ensuring consistency with company standards and best practices.
      • Support Senior Contract Management Specialist in finalizing agreements to manage risk and align with corporate guidelines.
    2. Contract Administration & Compliance:
      • Ensure contract terms and obligations are accurately recorded in company systems.
      • Monitor compliance and address any inconsistencies, serving as point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
    3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contract-related processes.
      • Assist in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within Contracts Management team to promote best practices.

    Accountabilities

    1. Accuracy: Ensure all contract data is entered accurately in systems of record.
    2. Compliance: Monitor contract adherence and follow escalation processes for compliance issues.
    3. Efficiency: Assist in achieving efficient contract processing, maintaining timely turnaround for standard agreements.

    Qualifications

    1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in contract management, paralegal work, or related administrative role; experience in SaaS or IT services is beneficial.
    2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (Paralegal Certification is an advantage).
    3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
    4. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
