In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Mobility Operations & Business Support Manager.

Possible locations for the position within BNP Paribas Personal Finance premises are Porto, Portugal or Madrid, Spain.


MISSION:

  • Organize, manage and secure Mobility's Stock Financing activity for several PF subsidiaries.
  • Manage the team members by guiding them in their training and development with the aim to achieve SE.T objectives of giving a high quality of service with a continuous enhancement approach
  • Identify, with Central Mobility Stock Financing team, optimization opportunities for current operational processes
  • Leverage on other SE.T team (IT & Data) to automatize manual tasks
  • Maintain constant communication with peers, staff, and customers to ensure proper operations of the business.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring and integrating new employees as needed in accordance with SE.T's sourcing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide direction and effectively lead by example to ensure that all services meet the stated business objectives on a timely basis with excellent quality, at a controlled cost.
  • Ensure proper follow up of daytoday operations in the Auto Stock Financing activity (management of policies, activations, invoicing, payments, sending documents, etc)
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of any event affecting their activity.
  • Rigorous follow up of the processes established and effectively communicate in a manner consistent with the audience.
  • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform Gap analysis and define action plans to ensure continuity and services quality.
  • Execute controls and lead results analysis presentations to other Central Mobility and PF entities.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.

  • Establish and monitor the processes, procedures, and controls, according to the Target Operating Model of Mo Stock Financing
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a timesensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
As a Manager of a team serving different PF entities:

  • Manages multiple countries' requirements, look for homogeneous implementations
  • Coordinate, consolidate and prioritize development needs.
  • Supervise and execute user tests.
  • Be the first reference line about issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

  • We are not looking for a person with a specific college degree, as long as it meets the other specifications of the position.

Experience:

  • You have experience in Mobility business (B2B, B2B2C).
  • You have five or more years of proven success in an operations management role in international environments.
  • Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
  • You are engaged in daytoday activities.
