The role will support the Head of Insurance in providing the best insurance coverage for Arxada. Insurance policies are to be renewed annually and require significant admin efforts to ensure proper coverage. Further optimization strategies need to be evaluated and implemented.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure premium invoices are correct, paid in a timely manner and properly allocated and set up new Vendors as required.
Collect and regularly update insurance values to avoid underinsurance
Collect claims and premium data for inhouse statistics.
Assist with claims management support to local sites and strive for efficient claims reporting and handling.
Assist group companies with the provision of insurance documents (i.e. insurance certificates).
Maintain the internal IT insurance and risk management tools of the insurance department, including collating and inputting information and data related to risks and exposures.
Assist with the coordination of annual risk engineering/insurance audits by insurer and support local sites as necessary.
Support the Head of Insurance in projects as required.

Key requirements:

Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance or Law preferred
Experience in a similar role providing insurance corporate services in HQ functions or from an insurance brokerage or insurance company
Solid finance & accounting skills to liaise with internal departments & local subsidiaries
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
True team worker with the desire to contribute to team success
Strong external stakeholder management skills (Insurers, Brokers etc.)
Fluent English, German skills are an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
