Job Description:


As Analyst for the Asset Control & Audits team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the annual audit plan.

You will be tracking performance against monthly targets, while also identifying bottle necks and escalating noncompliance areas.

  • As Analyst, you will utilize analytical skills to understand supply chain performance, leakage points and loss drivers. You will also be responsible for evaluating and reinforcing inventory controls including extrapolations and statistical audits evaluations, and collaborating in projects to improve inventory controls and reduce leakage risks.
  • Some of the main tasks of this role includde:
  • Ensure accuracy between financial records with physical inventory and records
  • Validate variance drivers that will be used to justify fixed assets write offs.
  • Validation of data and processes regarding physical inventory and statistical audits (system audit)
  • Use statistical methods to determine sampling size and extrapolation methodologies when conducting physical inventory is prohibited.
  • Track noncompliance activity and escalate as needed for review and approval
  • Leverages highly technical skillset to provide variance risk analytics and progress against annual audit plan
  • Responsible for providing analytical and data processing support in pursuit of the department's short and longterm goals.
  • Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of business policies and processes.
  • Monitor SOPs for process accuracy and recommend revisions with Manager approval
  • What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or directly related field
  • MBA preferred or Related professional accreditations
  • 2 + years of experience in supply chain and asset inventory management and controls
  • 2 + years of experience with variance risk analysis and forecasting models
  • 2 + year of experience with statistical sampling in auditing
  • 1+ years with Power BI (preferred).
  • Comfortable with Data Collection Methods and using the right data visualization to present data
  • Proven ability to develop analytical models, build and validate inventory variance methodologies, financial analysis, and performance against KPIs
  • Skills and knowlege:
  • PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce, Analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required ( index, arrays, power pivots, lookups, charting, etc.).
  • Flexible, highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands, collaborating with team members and working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and task orientation.
