    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support our Life Science division in Europe.

    This role will drive strategic and operational marketing efforts, focusing on understanding market needs, creating impactful sales tools, and executing marketing plans aligned with business priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Analysis & Strategic Insight: Conduct thorough market studies, analyze trends, and deliver strategic recommendations. Collect and interpret consumer insights and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and inform the project pipeline.
    2. Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute marketing plans, lead regional events such as trade shows and online events, and monitor effectiveness. Collaborate on digital campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
    3. Sales Tool Development: Work closely with technical teams to create new product concepts and promotional tools, adapting global resources to regional needs with a focus on sustainability and customer engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master's degree in Sciences combined with or followed by marketing studies.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years
    • Skills: Proficiency in CRM, strong Microsoft Office skills, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
