Responsibilities:

Possess broad awareness of automation approaches, practices, and techniques to help design and deliver the overall automation methodology used by the team.
Design, build and develop automated and manual testing systems to improve the security, scalability, and reliability of our product.
Ability to monitor the effectiveness of the automation function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC
Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in line with the skill set of the team.
Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses, and code libraries to enable the team to both uses and enhance them across successive projects.
Provide technical knowhow, documentation, and training to test and other business functions Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought inhouse and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems Participate in various test automation activities that include Planning, Estimations, Design, Execution, and Reporting.
Collects, organizes, and analyzes automation requirements and works with project stakeholders to develop automation test plans and cases.
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for the bug fixes and extensive troubleshooting in distributed/High availability environments.
Collects, organizes, and analyzes statistical information from a variety of sources to support highquality test design.
Participate in development of test data strategy and preparation of data.
Work closely with key departmental colleagues such as Developers, Architects, DevOps, and fellow testers to ensure the quality and performance of our code.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
6+ years of testing experience on large-scale enterprise systems that include test automation experience.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Agile) processes and methodologies.
A desire to learn new techniques and processes.
Experience in Test Design and Execution.
Experience in API Testing (Postman, SOAPUI...).
Regression testing practices for functional and non-functional components.
Strong in any high-level automation framework (Selenium, Robot framework).
Proficient with SQL and distributed version control systems.
Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience with Azure is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Proficient in both spoken and written English
