    Strategic Sales Leader – Animal Nutrition (Italian Market)

    Location: Remote from Spain | Travel ~50%

    Compensation Package: €60,000 – €90,000 + performance bonus

    A technically skilled sales professional with in-depth knowledge of the Italian animal nutrition market has a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact role with an established player in the specialty feed additive space.

    The company is expanding its presence in Italy and seeks an experienced professional to drive business development in the swine and poultry sectors. The product portfolio is well-established, and the market potential is significant. A supportive team will work closely with the successful candidate to ensure their success.

    This Role May Be Suitable for You If:

    • You have the ability to combine technical expertise with strategic sales skills.
    • You understand how to engage with feed manufacturers, integrators, and distributors effectively.
    • You have experience with on-farm trials and can translate data into value.
    • You desire flexibility, responsibility, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

    In This Position, You Will:

    • Lead commercial development in Italy for a range of specialty feed products, focusing on the swine and poultry sectors.
    • Manage and expand key customer relationships across Italy, ensuring strong partnerships.
    • Provide technical support and tailored presentations to meet client needs.
    • Collaborate with innovation and marketing teams to bring new ideas and solutions to the market.
    • Maintain industry trend awareness, competitor analysis, and regulatory updates.
    • Act as a technical resource within the region and contribute to internal training initiatives.
    • Report activity through a CRM system and contribute to long-term strategy development.
    • Negotiate and oversee the implementation of commercial contracts.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Degree in Animal Science or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the animal nutrition sector.
    • Strong understanding of swine and poultry production systems.
    • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver consultative sales.
    • Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English or Spanish.
