What are we looking for?


We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our
Sales Business Unit
as Icex Trainee ROFE
Key Account Located at our headquarters in Madrid
.



MISSION:


Is responsible for managing small market(s) (> distributor) and supporting Sales director and KAM (SC planning, KPI analysis, administrative topics, preparation of presentations ,.)




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up strategy for responsible country (country level) Building and tracking commercial plan(s).
  • Collaboration with distributor/customer(s) to implement commercial plans
  • Tracking implementation of commercial plans
  • SC planning for responsible market(s) and supporting of SD and KAM
  • Supporting SD and KAMs in administrative topics > invoicing, KPI's, pricing,

INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Volume growth (responsable market)
  • Distribution of core SKU's (responsable market)
  • Gross Margin (responsable market)
  • EBITDA (responsable market)

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES

  • Interest and enthusiasm for brands in the food sector > olive oil
  • Highly motivated to learn new things and to proactively contribute independently.
  • Team player who enjoys working with colleagues, distributors, customers and other departments.
  • Open to travel
  • Strong communicative competence > external/internal
- "hands-on" mentality

  • Enjoy analyzing figures, data, and facts
but not forgetting administrative operations

  • Strong IT skills in MS Office > Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Able to work with competing goals and resource priorities
  • Processorientated, factbased,and a strong sense of urgency
  • Crosscultural awareness and ability to work with very different cultures.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. Third European language
  • German an advantage.
