Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for an Associate Art Director to join one of the ideation and prototyping teams.

Your quest will involve:

Responsible for defining: art vision, pipeline processes, style guides and briefs
Actively collaborating with the rest of the team to define prototype and game mechanics
Defines, prioritizes and ensures delivery of art tasks on time. In alignment with design and product
Handson, producing art assets and/or becoming the facilitator for all the art assets needed
Integrate art assets directly into the game
Researches, test out and communicates new art processes and techniques
Provide artistic and techart mentorship
Drives good judgments, clear decision making and poise during stressful situations
Ramp up the asset production (and the team accordingly) if needed

Your skills build & XP:

High level of both written and spoken English (English is our official language)
4 years+ of experience in the gaming industry
Able to validate all (quality and technical) aspects of Art
Highly organized and able to act rationally and professionally under pressure
Experienced collaborating with external vendors and outsourcing partners
Highly proactive, dedicated, customer focused and an outstanding teammate
Good Unity knowledge
3d background and/or 2d concept experience is a plus
