    We're looking for experienced Supply Chain Specialists to join the Global Planning HUB in Granollers. The Planning Hub oversees Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, covering all E2E supply cycle elements. Our office is in the Granollers Factory, a flagship production site in COTY's global supply network.

    English is our working language.

    Responsibilities

    This position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with opportunities to collaborate and grow alongside supply chain professionals. You'll make direct contributions to business results and lead process improvements.

    We're a fast-paced, multi-functional, and multi-cultural planning team executing daily operations in various departments:

    • Material planning (raw material and packaging): Delivering service and inventory for global and local suppliers.
    • Material Supply Management: Developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.
    • Production planning: Delivering service and inventory for manufacturing lines, including capacity leveling.
    • Sub-contractor planning: Delivering service and inventory for outsourced products.
    • Distribution planning: Risk management, point of contact for markets, and delivering the right product quantity at the right time.
    • Category Supply Planning: Big data analysis supporting decision-making and driving healthy inventory levels.

    In each department, we have roles dedicated to new product launches and transformations.

    Your Main Focus

    As a Senior Planner, you'll:

    • Owning and leading Supply Chain processes on a global level.
    • Generating and analyzing supply chain data to drive business decisions.
    • Identifying and leading improvements in complex processes and operations.
    • Contributing to projects related to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes.
    • Acing as a role model, building capabilities in others, and coaching them.

    We're looking for experienced candidates with:

    • Mastery of Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
    • Fluency in English (our working language).
    • Elevated Excel skills (large database management and complex formulas).
    • Good command of SAP.
    • Proactivity, curiosity, and commitment to over-delivering results.
    • Discipline, high performance under pressure, and strong organization skills.
    • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
    • Problem-solving and managing complexity.
    • Outstanding ownership, autonomy, and analytical skills.
