We work with different Architectural/construction Firms in NYC/NYS. We are seeking for an Junior Architectural Designer to work with drawings, specifications, coordination with other Architects and clients. US experience is preferred but not required.

Junior designers are assigned tasks within the project goals and are expected to increase their responsibility, ownership and autonomy over time.

We expect that some learning will be required (Imperial system, Architectural detailing and code compliance) we also expect commitment to the work.

We expect in increase the collaboration over time.

• 1 year professional experience, preferably in a small to medium sized firm focused on private residential projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture preferred
• High level of proficiency with Auto CAD and Adobe Suite software and Sketchup Pro. Experience with Lumion rendering software preferred but not required.
• Fluently or proficiency in English language preferred. High or Medium/high understanding required
