We are looking for a
German speaking - Customer Representative to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits at Webhelp:

Fulltime contract, 39 hours/week: Monday
Sunday 9:00 to 18:00 (two weekends off per month)
Salary:

18,000 euros gross/year + bonus up to 1.500 euros gross/year.

Salary and bonus increase after the third month.
Great office location in Barcelona.
Working from home can be a possibility.

What you'll experience at Webhelp

As a

-
Customer Representative in our team, you will:

Provide response and resolution of users' inquiries (in-rental, pre-booking questions, after rental feed-back, or claims) within SLA.
Proactively contact our customers regarding upgrades/downgrades, fleet modifications, accidents followups, etc, to make sure things goes smoothly for all the parties involved.
Develop a lasting and quality relationship to enrich the Client portfolio.
Work on additional tasks required by management, connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

We'll be a great match if you:

Are native or proficient in German + Fluent English.
Have previous experience in customer service and ideally, within the car rental industry.
Enjoy communicating with customers while providing a solution to their request.
Are analytical and have a logical approach to problem solving.
Are ready to bring all your motivation and positivism to the team.
