    Do you have strong communication skills (Swedish + English), and would you like to work in an international environment, providing B2B assistance in your native language? Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny ValenciaAs a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminalsTroubleshooting reported issuesMaintaining a good customer relationship
