¿Cuál será tu función principal?
La oferta de prácticas se centra en un proyecto en el marco del proceso productivo que se realiza acompañado de un equipo multidisciplinar, participando activamente tanto con los expertos del producto como con los expertos en las tecnologías del proceso.
En el proyecto se aplicarán los principios de ingeniería aplicados a la resolución o mejora de parte del proceso productivo. El desarrollo del proyecto utiliza las diferentes metodologías de mejora continua de la cultura Essity y permite al alumno participar con los equipos de innovación, asumiendo y poniendo en práctica diversos roles de liderazgo en el entorno profesional.
Los objetivos del proyecto son tutelados y apoyados por la dirección de la factoría como proyecto alineado a la consecución de los objetivos globales de Essity Valls.
Además se formará a los alumnos en nuestro proceso productivo y metodologias de manufacturing y digitalización para poder impulsar su empleabilidad y optar al plan de carrera profesional que ofrece Essity.
