Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Sapientis in Barcelona. As an expert in software development projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions using Agile methodologies.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary plus incentive package (dependent on experience level). Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday (08:00-09:30) and Friday (09:00-15:00). 23 vacation days per year + 1 birthday day. Remote work option available.

Responsibilities

Manage software development projects with a focus on quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring project goals are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Background in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, ML, or related fields.
