    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer relationships and expectations during complaint investigation and resolution processes.
    • Evaluate events to determine if they qualify as complaints.
    • Assess complaint information, conduct additional investigations as needed, and escalate appropriately.
    • Evaluate, prepare, and submit complaints for Medical Device Reporting to competent authorities after review by senior team members.
    • Summarize findings, including reviews of investigations, product analysis, imaging reviews, instructions for use (IFU), and other relevant labeling and/or training materials, and formulate conclusions.
    • Prepare and submit final customer correspondence after review by senior team members.
