    Job Description: Implementation Specialist

    This role involves working closely with clients to activate and configure Embat's software for new implementations. The scope includes our Treasury Management, Cash Flow forecasting, Cash Accounting, and Payments functionalities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consultation to determine the best configurations for the client's business needs and long-term usage of the software.
    • Configuring the software through the user interface to meet the needs and requirements of the client.
    • Collaboration with internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
    • Acting as an internal technical product knowledge resource for training, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via multiple channels.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in finance, software implementation projects, preferably financial software like TMSs or ERPs.
    • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation, and diplomacy.
    • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
    • Learner's mindset with drive and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities.
